Responsibilities

  • Build & Deploy AI Agents - Design and implement custom voice and messaging agents for enterprise clients, from initial prompt development through production deployment
  • Master Prompt Engineering - Create robust, reliable prompts that handle complex customer conversations across industries, ensuring compliance and accuracy at scale
  • Integrate Systems - Connect AI agents with customer platforms via APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations to create seamless workflows
  • Drive Product Innovation - Influence our product roadmap by bringing customer insights back to the team and building proof-of-concepts for new capabilities
  • Optimize Performance - Continuously refine AI agent behavior based on real-world data, improving resolution rates and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Customer-Facing Excellence - Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and manage enterprise client relationships
  • Systems Thinking - Ability to design scalable solutions across distributed systems while debugging complex integration issues in real-time

Requirements

  • You're a technical problem-solver who combines prompt engineering expertise with strong customer-facing skills.
  • Equally comfortable writing code to connect APIs as you are training customer teams, you understand that successful AI deployments require both technical excellence and deep customer empathy.
  • Prompt Engineering Experience
  • Proven track record of writing and optimizing prompts for production LLM applications, with deep understanding of prompt reliability and edge case handling
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and API implementations
  • Technical Integration Skills - Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and API implementations

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with telephony systems, SMS/messaging protocols, and conversational AI best practices for multi-channel interactions
  • Exposure to early-stage startups or high-growth companies, with a passion for driving results in these environments.
