About the role

- We specialize in the development of innovative and customized dockside, road and rail handling solutions.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating work orders, inventory, purchasing, vendor communication, and maintenance planning while working closely with technicians and operational leadership.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage maintenance work orders within Maximo
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and support maintenance planning activities
- Support purchasing coordination, invoice follow-up, and PO approvals
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance-related administrative activities
- Work closely with maintenance technicians and leadership to support daily operations
- Opportunity to support large-scale industrial and logistics operations
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
Nice to have
- Experience with Maximo or other CMMS systems preferred
- Experience with inventory, purchasing, or vendor coordination is a plus
