Your Opportunity Scion is paving a path in student living, and we're seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join our team.
The HRIS Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's HR systems, supporting system configurations, reporting, and user experience.

Configure and maintain system workflows, business rules, security roles, and organizational structures within UKG.
Troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide end-user support and guidance to employees and managers.
Develop, maintain, and distribute HRIS reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business leadership.
Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to optimize system processes and improve operational workflows.
Lead system upgrades, patches, testing, and implementation of new UKG features or modules.
Strong technical and back-end expertise within UKG, with the ability to support and enhance system functionality
Maintain electronic employee records to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

The base salary range for this full-time position is base + bonus + benefits.
