About the role
- Environmental Compliance: You ensure regulatory adherence to local, national, and international environmental laws, as well as tracking of emission and reduction efforts (air, water, waste).
- Occupational Safety Specialist: Occupational safety specialist ("Sicherheitsfachkraft") for Headquarter Office in Berlin and Corporate Office in Erlangen.
Responsibilities
- You evaluate and perform risk assessments to identify hazards and potential risks, develop risk mitigation and emergency response plans, as well as continuous improvement processes for safer work environments.
- You perform regular audits for legal and policy compliance across regions, monitor local EHS policies, and manage external regulatory inspections.
- You develop and roll out EHS training programs for all employees, drive awareness campaigns, and provide leadership training to promote a proactive EHS culture.
