Essential Functions
Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice coding, vouching, and accurately entering accounting data.
Process accounts receivable transactions, including billing, cash receipt application, and accurately entering accounting data.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of accounting information used in financial reports.
Prepare and upload payment files through designated payment systems.
Reconcile customer, vendor, and general ledger accounts and resolve routine discrepancies.
Prepare checks and assist with check processing.
