Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and building security systems
- Maintain the security and integrity of assigned
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, contractors, and building guests
- Build positive relationships with building occupants and clients
- Lead by example and maintain high standards of conduct
- Support security operations across multiple
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional security experience
- Experience working in commercial office towers, Class A buildings, construction sites, hospitality, concierge, or similar environments
- Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and report writing
- Minimum 3 years of customer service, concierge, hospitality, front desk, client-facing, or related experience
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service while managing difficult situations
- The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to de-escalate situations professionally while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
