About the role
- The ideal candidate shifts seamlessly between tactical execution and strategic problem-solving.
- You are organized, direct, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Own daily freight execution - carrier scheduling, shipment tracking, and exception resolution, both in and out of the 3PL.
- Manage 3PL partner relationships, SLAs, and performance accountability.
- Own the accuracy of information and goods at our 3PL.
- Support 3PL RFQs - requirements gathering, vendor coordination, and comparative analysis.
- Develop finished-goods inventory and replenishment strategies, and lead Kanban implementation.
Requirements
- NetSuite or comparable ERP proficiency for logistics and inventory.
Nice to have
- TMS or WMS platform experience.
