Responsibilities
- Social Media Launch Coordination: Coordinate with experts to develop and schedule social media announcements, and draft compelling social media assets to maximize engagement and visibility.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with experts by encouraging additional social posts and nurturing a community of engagement.
- Intro started in 2022 by first building a tool for the world's top founders and experts, enabling their audiences from all over the world to be able to access them, jump on a live video call, and get personalized advice.
- Today, we have over 20k five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ reviews, and the founders of Reddit, Zillow, Sweetgreen, DryBar, and 1k+ more all became partners, as well as advocates of our product, company, and mission.
- In their past careers, people on our team helped create or build major products like QuickBooks Online, Uber Eats, Calm, and more.
- Coordinate with experts to develop and schedule social media announcements, and draft compelling social media assets to maximize engagement and visibility.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or a customer success role, preferably within a tech or online platform environment
- Experience coordinating social media content and engagement strategies
- Goal oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
- High degree of adaptability
- Ability to work in the office 3 days per week
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships
- Familiarity with CRM software and willingness to build processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
