The Senior Underwriting Analyst is responsible for assisting Underwriters through all stages of the loan due diligence and underwriting process.

Mentor and guide analysts to advance their skills by providing on-the-floor support, sharing knowledge and best practices, and offering constructive feedback.
Proactively manage daily workload, ensuring timely communication and collaboration with peers, and distribute workload equitably across the team.
Effectively manage expectations with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude, identifying issues and providing suggestions.
The Senior Underwriting Analyst should be capable of managing their own deals with minimal oversight from the Underwriter.

Develop a personal development plan for self-study training and participate in required programs.
Demonstrate flexibility in supporting other underwriting tasks as required by the process.
