Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building projects
  • Take ownership of design tasks across multiple active projects
  • Prepare detailed calculations, reports, and construction documents
  • Support and mentor early-career engineers
  • Collaborate closely with a lean, engaged team
  • At least 3 years of structural design experience

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of real-world project delivery
  • Proficiency in structural analysis/design software
  • Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • PE in progress or recently obtained preferred

Compensation

  • The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills.
  • The expected range for a qualified candidate with at least 3 years of experience is $95,000-$120,000.
  • Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center.
