Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building projects
- Take ownership of design tasks across multiple active projects
- Prepare detailed calculations, reports, and construction documents
- Support and mentor early-career engineers
- Collaborate closely with a lean, engaged team
- At least 3 years of structural design experience
Requirements
- Strong understanding of real-world project delivery
- Proficiency in structural analysis/design software
- Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
- PE in progress or recently obtained preferred
Compensation
- The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills.
- The expected range for a qualified candidate with at least 3 years of experience is $95,000-$120,000.
- Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center.
