About the role

  • The Office Services Coordinator plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace.
  • This position is responsible for maintaining office spaces, coordinating workplace services, ensuring breakrooms and supplies are fully stocked, and supporting special events and VIP visits.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and enjoys creating an exceptional experience for employees and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular walkthroughs of office spaces to identify areas needing attention and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
  • Work closely with Facilities, People Operations, and other departments to support workplace needs and special projects.
  • Assist with additional administrative and office support duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Experience managing inventory or purchasing supplies.
  • Ability to anticipate workplace needs before they arise.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (green card holder).
