Responsibilities
- Communicate with team lead to understand qualification processes and test plans. Report status of qualifications and manage customer expectations.
- Triage test failures and do a first level FA. Design and execute experiments to root cause defects and verify fixes in coordination with development teams.
- Contribute in Triaging customer field issues and provide support for timely resolution of customer issues.

Requirements
- Experience with at least 1 storage protocol like NVMe/PCIe, SAS, SATA, Fibre Channel
- Proficiency in server operating systems especially system debug tools such as system logs.
- Knowledge of enterprise storage/server system technologies.
- Expertise in storage test tools such as performance benchmarks, IO stress tools, protocol certifications, Test execution and bug management tools.
- Scripting experience such as in Perl, Shell or Python
- Familiar with one of protocol analyzers like LeCroy, SerialTek, or Xgig System or device level performance analysis

Nice to have
- BS in Computer Science or related technical field with 5+ years of system level testing or development of enterprise servers and enterprise storage systems experience or MS with 3+ years preferred.
