Responsibilities
- Maintains various records such as equipment, time, supplies, and parts inventory.
- May act as lead worker.
Requirements
- Performs additional duties as required.
Nice to have
- Colorado Class B Commercial Driver's License
- IMSA Work Zone Temporary Traffic Control Certification preferred.
- Must obtain RTD On-Track Safety Training Certification within six (6) months of employment in the position.
- Must obtain ATSSA safety certificate within six (6) months of employment in the position.
Skills
- Use of tools, specialized equipment, methods, and safety practices common to assigned maintenance function.
- Proficiency in operating aerial lift equipment.
- Abilities:
- Ability to inspect and make minor repairs to traffic signal equipment.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees.
- Understand oral and written instructions.
- Operate or receive training on various types of maintenance and construction equipment.
- Work overtime and call back duty.
- Train and instruct other employees.
- Keep and maintain accurate records.
- Organize and schedule tools, materials, and equipment to accomplish tasks.
- Strong commitment to safety.
Compensation
- $250.00 Boot allowance annually (steel toe or other safety toe boots are required).
