About the role
- PHYSICIAN - Family Medicine (0.6-1.0 FTE) - OB is Optional Proctor, MN PRACTICE SPECIFICS - Team Environment: Join a forward-thinking clinic known for its strong team dynamics and low turnover.
- Enjoy a diverse patient mix of young/old and urban/rural backgrounds. - Work Schedule: Anticipated weekly schedule is Monday to Friday, with clinic hours from 7 AM to 5 PM.
- Providers' schedules vary, with a 1.0 FTE equivalent of 36 patient contact hours. - Technology: Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai for efficient patient management. - ZERO Call!
Responsibilities
- ZERO Call! In an effort to maintain work-life balance for our providers, Essentia has implemented a ZERO Call model. All after hours call (not including OB, hospital and SUD/MOUD call) is covered by a separate call team.
Nice to have
- Experience with procedures, especially IUDs and Nexplanon, is a plus!
Compensation
- $3329,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
