About the role

Position Overview The Quality Assurance (QA) Manual Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our custom web and mobile applications through thorough manual testing.

Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases based on project requirements, user stories, technical documentation, and design specifications.
Perform functional, regression, usability, exploratory, and user interface testing for web and mobile applications.
Validate application functionality, design, and usability against documented requirements and established best practices.
Identify, document, prioritize, and verify software defects using Jira and TestRail.

Must be a U.S. Citizen
High school diploma with a minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in software quality assurance, software development, or a related technical field
or Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related discipline.
Experience testing web and mobile applications.
Experience testing on iOS and Android devices.
Experience using Jira and TestRail or similar defect tracking and test management tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.
Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

$50.00 - $60.00 USD per hour
Base compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including skills, education, certifications, geographic location, and overall experience relevant to the role.
