About the role
- Summary/Objective The primary purpose of this position is to provide safety, production, and PIV training for associates and Full Time Regular Staff (100+).
- This role will also be tasked with fostering a positive safety culture through training and enforcement of safety rules and work standards.
- Essential Functions Safety: Provide applicable Safety Data during Pre-Shift Meetings.
Responsibilities
- Maintain PIV Impact Program.
- Perform Safety Gemba walks throughout the Plant (Safety Compliance).
- Provide continuous training efforts to maintain OSHA Compliance and improve safety culture.
- Maintain safety information on the Site Communication Board.
Requirements
- Must be able to bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift approximately 75pounds.
