About the role

We are seeking an Inspection Specialist responsible for conducting residential property inspections across approximately 800 homes in our New Braunfels and Seguin markets.
A company vehicle will be available for use.*

This is a dynamic position that requires strong organizational skills, professional communication, and the ability to manage inspection reporting accurately and efficiently within AppFolio and CRM platforms.

The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently both in the field and in an office environment.
