About the role

The Corporate Systems team is responsible for supporting platforms used by Morningstar employees worldwide. We provide support for platforms used by Marketing, Sales, Client Service, Finance and Product teams and enhance processes and systems for operational efficiencies. The Corporate Salesforce org has about 2000 users, and utilizes Sales Cloud, Service
Cloud, CPQ (Configure Price Quote), Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce and custom code.

Work closely with stakeholders from the business and Corporate Systems technical team to develop technology solutions needed to drive alignment of business needs and lead discussions to arrive at mutually agreeable solution options.
Build trusted relationships with internal clients and Corporate Systems technology leads to ensure our commitment towards delivery and service levels.
You will work closely with the Salesforce product owner, program manager, architect, and developers to build robust solutions on the platform.
The Senior Developer is expected to develop solutions in Salesforce along with designing end state and assess implementation feasibilities for feature requests and initiatives.

Minimum of 5 years of technical experience on the Salesforce.com platform, and at least two years of experience in managing a small dev squad.
Experience with integration architecture third-party integration tools and ETL (Such as Informatica) with Salesforce
Advanced knowledge of platform data models and APIs (Application Program Interfaces)
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements and identify solution options
Ability to facilitate complex discussions
Ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams and communicate with all levels of management across the organization
