Responsibilities
- You'll operate at the center of Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Support - helping turn priorities into real outcomes.
- Own and drive high-impact, business-critical initiatives
- Own delivery of key initiatives from planning through launch
- Build timelines, identify dependencies, and keep work moving
- Align Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Support teams
- Help drive decisions when priorities or trade-offs are unclear
- Support better rollout and adoption of new initiatives
- Deliver multiple complex initiatives successfully and on time
- We're looking for a Program Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to drive execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Ensure work delivers against clear business outcomes
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in program management, operations, consulting, or SaaS environments
- Experience in payments, fintech, payment processors
- Experience working on technical or system-driven initiatives
- Experience improving operational processes or delivery models

Compensation
- The expected base salary range for this role is between $75,000 - $90,000 CAD depending on experience and qualifications
