Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Marketing, or Business
  • Minimum of (5) years of related experience in product management, project management, marketing, sales, or engineering
  • Proven track record in leading and operating with an entrepreneurial and holistic mindset, with accountability and autonomy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools, and high degree of organizational skills
  • Master's degree in Business Administration
  • Expertise in product portfolio planning and product development processes, from discovery to testing and launch
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills

  • This role will be responsible for managing the Semi-Hermetic compression platform, in addition to Parts and Electronics. The Product Manager owns the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to obsolescence, defining what to build by translating market and customer needs into solutions that deliver profitable growth and competitive differentiation. This role is responsible for developing product roadmaps, managing product P&L, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and market opportunities. The Product Manager partners cross-functionally to deliver and maintain innovative, high-impact products that meet business objectives.
