Responsibilities
- Support veterinarians with patient care, exams, surgery, anesthesia, and recovery.
- Perform technical duties such as lab work, radiographs, injections, and IV catheter placement.
Requirements
- Surgery experience required
- Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately.
- Knowledgeable about common disease states and able to alert veterinarians to changes in patient conditions.
- Familiarity with DEA, OSHA, and hospital safety guidelines.
Compensation
- $18.00 - $25.00
- Schedule: Full time preferred: 4 days per week with rotating Saturdays.
- Willing to discuss part-time
- Operating hours are Mon-Fri 7:30a to 5:30p and Sat 7:30a to noon
