  • Ensure every installation is completed to the highest standard possible.
  • You'll work closely with Installation Managers, Scheduling, Service, Sales, and Leadership to ensure our operations are organized, professional, and consistently delivering exceptional results.

  • Lead the execution of installation operations across British Columbia
  • Set and maintain clear installation standards and jobsite expectations
  • Train, mentor, and develop new and existing installation crews
  • Support crew capacity planning and onboarding of new installers
