About the role
- This role is responsible for prioritizing orders, coordinating warehouse picking, ensuring customer compliance, and meeting shipping deadlines while working closely with the Wholesale, Inventory, and Routing teams.

- Lead and oversee the warehouse picking team to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfillment.
- Supervise team performance by providing direction, coaching, and accountability to maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment while enforcing company policies and standard operating procedures.
