  • With prime access to shops, local restaurants, the Business District, riverfront trails, and convenient public transit, the property provides an engaging environment for hospitality professionals passionate about dynamic, urban hospitality.
  • The Bell Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, transportation, and general guest needs.

Responsibilities

  • Blending historic character with modern lifestyle design, The Industrialist in downtown Pittsburgh offers an authentic guest experience.
  • This role creates a welcoming first and last impression for guests while maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency at all times.
  • Deliver luggage, packages, and other guest items promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, entryways, and bell storage areas.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role a plus.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
