- Occasional weekend work may be required Responsibilities Install and repair commercial roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roofs. Remove existing roofing materials, replace damaged decking, and install insulation and waterproof layers. Apply asphalt, bitumen, sealants, coatings, vapor barriers, and other roofing materials. - Measure roof areas and cut materials to fit around vents, walls, edges, and penetrations.
- Operate hand and power tools, and assist with lifts or forklifts when required.
- Communicate job progress and report roof conditions or recommendations as needed.
- Skills & Qualifications Proven experience with commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, or similar).
