About the role
- Title: Field Recruiter -Bilingual Spanish/English
- Muller is a full-service sitework contractor based in Northern Virginia, delivering sustainable civil construction services across Maryland, Virginia, and DC through a technology-driven, systems-based approach.
Responsibilities
- Build strong pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill field roles
- Partner with Field Teams
- Build relationships with workforce programs and trade partners
- Onboarding Support
- Partner with HR/ops to ensure smooth start for new hires
- Support early retention (first 30-90 days)
- Maintain strong pipelines for field roles
Requirements
- At minimum 3 years of experience in full cycle recruitment
- High volume recruiting experience in Trades, Construction, and/or Professional Recruiting
- Experience with HR Systems and Applicant Tracking platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects is desired
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and under deadline-based requirements.
