About the role

The Frontier Cove Service Delivery team consists of 4 teams: Retreats, Activities, Food Service, and Maintenance.
Each of these teams work to provide consistent service so that all guests can have an experience at New Life Ranch that allows them the opportunity to grow in their relationship with Christ.
As a SERVE Team member you will work within many of these departments, based on the needs of our guests and staff.

You are professional in regard to communication, hygiene, dress, and attitude.
You are self led (including keeping Google calendar updated, checking emails regularly, and keeping up with your schedule).

You can interact, work, and relate well with people of various ages.
