Responsibilities
- Follow-up on all incoming leads: website, conferences or internal referrals and client introductions
- Perform discovery calls to identify pain points and contacts while communicating value
- Partner with Product Management and Operations to communicate user requirements and assist in prioritization
- Create and implement templates, reports and processes
- Enter all data in Salesforce and document open items and unique business requirements
- Maintain strong internal relationships specifically with other salespeople, marketing, client success, product management and operations
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Managing Director

Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales or business development
- 5+ years in the financial industry
- Experience at a fintech/wealthtech company
- Knowledge of alternative investments
- Highly personable, with a genuine interest in people and ability to quickly establish rapport with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent time management skills: ability to plan, prioritize and organize
