About the role

  • Layout of ultra-low power high performance circuits, including current mirror, amplifier, comparator, voltage reference, switched-capacitor, LDO etc.
  • With particular attention to device matching, overall layout symmetry and parasitics from routing and placement.
  • Layout of high-performance MEMS Sensors.

Responsibilities

  • Create new custom package designs, including reference PCB design & 3D Mechanical design.

Requirements

  • BSEE degree or equivalent and 1+ years of proven experience in Mixed-Signal/Analog full custom layout at IC and package level.
  • Knowledge of device physics and semiconductor processing.
  • Experience in use of tools like Cadence Virtuoso, Allegro, AutoCAD & 3D modeling.
  • Experience in interpretation and debug of verification.
  • Must have a keen eye for details.
  • Willingness and ability to learn something new quickly.
  • Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time

  • $93k-$128k
