About the role
- Layout of ultra-low power high performance circuits, including current mirror, amplifier, comparator, voltage reference, switched-capacitor, LDO etc.
- With particular attention to device matching, overall layout symmetry and parasitics from routing and placement.
- Layout of high-performance MEMS Sensors.
Responsibilities
- Create new custom package designs, including reference PCB design & 3D Mechanical design.
Requirements
- BSEE degree or equivalent and 1+ years of proven experience in Mixed-Signal/Analog full custom layout at IC and package level.
- Knowledge of device physics and semiconductor processing.
- Experience in use of tools like Cadence Virtuoso, Allegro, AutoCAD & 3D modeling.
- Experience in interpretation and debug of verification.
- Must have a keen eye for details.
- Willingness and ability to learn something new quickly.
- Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time
