- SUPERVISOR (Open) How You'll Help Transform Healthcare: The Environmental Services Supervisor supervises and coordinates the daily activities of Environmental Services within an assigned area.
- Ensures services meet established safety, quality, infection prevention, productivity, and customer service standards.

Requirements
- Effective oral and written communication skills required.
- Ability to perform arithmetic calculations, maintain work records, prepare reports, assist with budgeting, and requisition supplies required.
- Demonstrated leadership, team-building, employee development, conflict resolution, and performance management skills required.
- Ability to direct the work of others and address employee performance or conduct concerns.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Incumbents may be required to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description.
Compensation
- $20.10 - $28.14 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.
