About the role

The Production Supervisor - 1st Shift plays a key role in ensuring the efficient manufacturing of slides and specialty glass products.
This hands-on leadership position oversees daily production operations, driving quality, efficiency, and team performance.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Assist and support other team members as required.
Maintain associates files in the areas of attendance, productivity, and quality and provide regular reviews and counseling where required.
Embodies a positive mindset and a passion to be the best you can be in everything you do.
Very knowledgeable regarding the material planning processes and information flows in the designated Value Stream. Also possesses knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
Ability to conduct critical analysis and assessments to develop strategic action plans that ensure efficient, lean, and effective processes are in place to produce quality products..

High School diploma required
5+ years of manufacturing/production superviors experience.
Knowledge, training or experience in Lean manufacturing.
Experience in data collection, measuring, analysis, improvement and control.
ISO 9000, ISO13485, FDA experience is preferred.
Computer skills (Microsoft Office, excel, database and internet based programs); SAP, Veeva

Efficiently coaches, guides and manage employee relation concerns and semi/annual performance processes to deliver optimal business results.

$70,000-$85,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
