About the role
- The S&TC Work Package Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of signaling and train control systems within railway or LRT projects.
- The role ensures safe, reliable, and compliant signaling system integration within the overall railway infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Signaling & Train Control Systems (S&TC) work package throughout the full project lifecycle:
- Supervise and coordinate signaling design teams and system engineers.
- Review and validate technical documentation, system architecture, and design solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field (Master's is an asset).
- 7-10 years of experience in railway electrification systems (OCS and TPSS).
- Proven experience in railway, metro, or LRT infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 3-5 years in a project management or leadership role.

- Traction Power Systems (TPSS), including substations, transformers, rectifiers, switchgear
