About the role
- You will serve as a trusted advisor on product features, technical inquiries, and issue resolution across installation, operation, maintenance, and product compatibility matters.
- The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in securities-based lending, strong workflow and process management skills, and the ability to translate market and client needs into meaningful product enhancements and business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions, onboarding activities, implementations, and other client-facing programs and initiatives.
- Partner with pre-sales, product management, implementation, and technology teams to influence product design, innovation, and roadmap priorities.
- Represent the voice of the customer by analyzing client feedback, proposed requirements, and industry trends to drive product enhancements.
- Define product features and support adoption strategies that enable informed business decisions and improved client outcomes.
- Drive program scope, execution, and high-quality delivery while managing complexity, risks, and dependencies.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including delivery teams, executive management, sales, pre-sales, and post-sales partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of client engagement experience.
- Experience implementing technology in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with technology and product delivery processes, including SDLC and PDLC.
- Expert-level knowledge of securities-based lending and lending software design and delivery.
- Deep understanding of financial products and product workflows.
- Strong business analysis, systems analysis, and financial analysis skills.
- Exposure to the wealth management industry and culture.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs, influence stakeholders, and work independently in complex environments.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $170,000 - $175,000.
- Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible
