About the role

You will work closely with Production, Quality, and Operations teams in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Operate and monitor manufacturing machines to ensure efficient and accurate production.
Inspect products and monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and operating procedures.

Adjust machine settings, such as speed and operating parameters, to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.

Basic English skills, including the ability to read, understand, and complete simple written documentation.
Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours during a work shift.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
No prior manufacturing experience is required.

Competitive hourly pay: $17 - $20 per hour, based on experience.
401(k) plan eligibility.
7 paid holidays per year.
