About the role
- We're looking for a strategic, execution-oriented CFO to lead Campfire's financial operations and help shape the company's next phase of growth.
- This is a seat at the leadership table - you'll partner closely with the CEO and board to drive business strategy, capital decisions, and long-term planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across the company
- Drive fundraising strategy, investor relations, and capital allocation decisions
- Build and scale the finance, accounting, and operations functions
- Partner with GTM, Product, and Engineering leaders to inform pricing, unit economics, and growth decisions
Requirements
- 10+ years of finance leadership experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or enterprise software
- Track record of leading fundraising rounds (Series B and beyond) or taking a company public
Nice to have
- Prior experience as CFO or VP Finance at a venture-backed company preferred
