About the role
- As a Program Manager, you'll oversee CLCs two locations in Woodruff, SC to ensure regulatory compliance, effective operations, and high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with disabilities and special needs.
- Oversee daily program operations and ensure assigned facilities are safe, functional, and in optimal condition.
- Ensure the wants, needs, preferences, and personal goals of persons supported are honored and actively supported.
Responsibilities
- Implement, manage, monitor, and evaluate assigned programs in accordance with established standards.
- Support admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure continuity of services.
- Provide direct supervision and leadership to Lead DSPs and DSPs.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Director and Human Resources in recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating staff.
- Manage conflict using person-centered coaching and professional problem-solving strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Services or, AA with a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in Human Services, or High School Diploma with a minimum of 5.
- 7 years' experience in Human Services
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Ability to type 70+ WPM and navigate basic computer systems
- Facilitate training opportunities to improve service quality and ensure staff maintain required certifications.
Compensation
- Compile and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports and statistics.
