- Participate in feature definition, prioritisation, and long-term strategy planning with the Wise Platform team
- Work on scaling Wise Platform into new regions, overcoming associated challenges
- Improve integration experience through documentation, APIs, SDKs, code samples, and reference implementations
- Enhance internal processes to handle multiple integrations in parallel
- Inspire other teams internally and externally with your ideas, knowledge and self-starter attitude
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, able to handle ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Familiarity and working experience with relational databases (e.g.MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
