About the role
- Salary range for the position is $180,000 - $210,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Maintain access control programs, including visitor and material control, generating and processing visitor access
- Process Program Access Requests (PARs) and maintain accurate program access databases
- Identify potential security risks and implement effective solutions to support operational continuity and mission success
- Manage and safeguard classified materials and secure classified containers within assigned facilities
Requirements
- Must be familiar with security policy/manuals and the appropriate DCIDs/JAFANs and other guiding policy documents
- Must have the ability to work effectively with DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Ability to work assertively and independently with minimal rework
- Minimum of 5 years of program security experience supporting SCIF/SAPF environments and SAP programs
- Experience with classified access programs and handling sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant work experience and training will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
- Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while exercising sound judgment with minimal supervision
Skills
- Served as an SSR/SSO for a SCIF at the COCOM level
- DISS database management, generate and action Visit Access Requests (VAR's).
- Conducted indoc/debriefs at the GENSER level
- Conduct space inspection, certification, and recertification requirements.
- Served as an SAP Personnel/Physical Security Manager
- JADE database Management, generate Program Access Requests (PAR's)
- Generate and action Visit Access Requests (VAR's)
- Conduct indoc/debriefs
Compensation
- Salary range for the position is $180,000 - $210,000 per year.
