About the role
- This position offers a competitive salary range of 7.400 EUR to 8.800 EUR gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
- Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
- 40 vacation days (20 statutory days and a flexible budget worth 20 days).
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with B-1 leaders and their leadership teams across Enabling Functions on people and organizational topics (B-1 HR, Communication, Strategy and Procurement)
- Support the implementation of the people agenda within the supported functions and help identify key people trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support B-1 leaders in translating business priorities into practical people actions and leadership interventions
- Mentor and support HR Partner colleagues and contribute to collaboration across the HR team
- As Senior HR Partner, Enabling Functions, you will work closely with B-1 leaders and their leadership teams across global Enabling Functions to support the delivery of the people agenda.
- You will partner closely with the Global HR Business Partner EF (GHRBP) and play an important role in supporting leadership teams through change, organizational development, talent decisions, and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams on a broad range of people and organizational topics
- Experience supporting organizational change, talent initiatives, reward discussions and leadership-related topics
- Strong business understanding and the ability to translate business priorities into people actions
- The ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing environment

- This position offers a competitive salary range of 7.400 EUR to 8.800 EUR gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
