About the role

- You will be the operational and creative backbone of the training department, and the quality of everything the department ships runs through you.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain curriculum design standards for the training department,
- Manage the production pipeline for new training content as Syllo ships product releases,
- you see the Academy as a whole and you manage all of it as a

- Strong project management and production workflow skills; you can run a content
- Experience designing for legal or compliance audiences is a plus, as is exposure to AI-

Compensation
- will be negotiated based on your qualifications and experience, with a salary range of $105K - $130K, with potential for a higher range for exceptional candidates.
