Lead conceptual, schematic, design development, and GMP estimating efforts
Analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and other project documents
Develop value engineering options and cost savings recommendations
Participate in design meetings and provide preconstruction guidance
Maintain historical cost databases and current market pricing information
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project turnover
This individual will lead estimating efforts for industrial, tilt up, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and large scale ground up commercial construction projects throughout the Southwest.

Proficiency with Bluebeam, On Screen Takeoff, Building Connected, Procore, and Microsoft Office
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
Strong experience estimating industrial, tilt up, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and ground up commercial projects
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Tilt up warehouse and distribution centers
Manufacturing facilities
Data centers
Food processing facilities
Large scale industrial parks
Design build project delivery

7 plus years of estimating experience with a general contractor
Experience delivering projects ranging from $10 million to $150 million plus
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
Preferred Experience
