About the role

  • The Project Administrator plays a key role in organizing site rotations, managing travel arrangements, supporting onboarding of new personnel, coordinating meetings, and maintaining a productive work environment.
  • This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and responsiveness to the needs of project and construction teams in a fast-paced, site-based setting.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update site access lists, mobilization plans, and contact directories.
  • Support onboarding by coordinating IT access, workspace setup, and orientation for new arrivals.
  • Proven ability to manage rotations, travel, and general site logistics.experience Strong organizational and communication skills with a hands-on, service-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • candidates are to be open to relocating to the project site as required.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in site administration or logistics coordination within large-scale construction or industrial projects is required.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and project management tools is required.
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship. #LI-BB1.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Data Center or mission-critical facility projects preferred.
  • Training or certification in Project Administration or Coordination is preferred.
