About the role
- The Project Administrator plays a key role in organizing site rotations, managing travel arrangements, supporting onboarding of new personnel, coordinating meetings, and maintaining a productive work environment.
- This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and responsiveness to the needs of project and construction teams in a fast-paced, site-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update site access lists, mobilization plans, and contact directories.
- Support onboarding by coordinating IT access, workspace setup, and orientation for new arrivals.
- Proven ability to manage rotations, travel, and general site logistics.experience Strong organizational and communication skills with a hands-on, service-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- candidates are to be open to relocating to the project site as required.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in site administration or logistics coordination within large-scale construction or industrial projects is required.
- Experience with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and project management tools is required.
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship. #LI-BB1.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Data Center or mission-critical facility projects preferred.
- Training or certification in Project Administration or Coordination is preferred.
