Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor degree
Nice to have
- Setup server and application monitoring.
- Setup application Dashboard views using Solar winds
- Apply system analysis tools and techniques to resolve identified issues.
- Communicate with end users on the status of tickets, in a timely manner.
- Verifies on a daily basis that backup jobs are completed and takes corrective action when they are not.
- Provides diagnosis for operating systems, software, and product failures.
- 7+ years of experience managing a Windows server environment.
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
