Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is looking for you to join our team as a Ground Senior Ops Training Engineer - Level 4 based out of Aurora, CO.

As the Ground Senior Ops Training Engineer on the NGP Ground Operations & Training team, you will lead, design, and develop training products for mission operators.
The person in this role will support the senior technical authority for the day-to-day execution of the Operations and Training work stream, providing direct support to the Operations and Training Lead.

Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance required at time of application Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 8 years of relevant experience
6 years with a Master's

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
$142,200.00 - $213,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
