Implement individualized therapy programs designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data, and participate in team discussions around progress and strategy.
Bring energy, creativity, and passion - Using play, movement, and laughter to engage children while promoting skill-building and growth.
Partner with clients and their families in celebrating wins, problem-solving challenges, and promoting each child's growth.
Have accessibility to reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance, and be able to travel to other clinics to support when assigned.

Must be at least 18 years old and hold a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
High School or Associate's Degree: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
That's why we provide you with fully paid comprehensive training to help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - That means no prior experience is required!

Competitive Pay Based on Your Experience & Education:
Master's Degree (ABA, Psychology, Special Education): $18.00 - $24.00 per hour.
Eligibility to participate in the Shared Success Bonus Plan, with quarterly bonuses being paid after you obtain your RBT certification.
