About the role
- Eligible candidates hired into qualifying FULL-TIME positions at our Waiʻanae and Nānākuli clubhouses may qualify for a temporary monthly stipend.
- Must reside 20+ miles from assigned clubhouse.
- Be a Positive Force in the Lives of Local Youth At Boys & Girls Club of Hawai'i, our Clubhouses provide youth with more than a place to go after school-they provide mentorship, encouragement, and opportunities to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Build positive, supportive relationships with youth and families
- Support Club events, outreach efforts, and community engagement activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality youth programming
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice to have
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with youth preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
