About the role
- Mechanical Engineers perform continuous new product development activities by designing detailed product specifications, conducting Gold Standard meetings, and analyzing prototype builds and new manufacturing process designs. Given the stringent requirements and overall complexity of Marco manufactured products, Engineers are tasked to collaborate with Tech
- Services, Quality, and Manufacturing personnel to perform testing and subsequent analysis of design iterations, as well as work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Corporate subject matter experts for the given product lines to achieve customer and marketplace design criteria.
