- As an Engineering Process Specialist, you will help shape how engineering and production teams work across nVent's Switchgear manufacturing facilities.

Requirements
- Up to 15% travel may be required to Fulton, MO or other nVent Switchgear manufacturing sites. **
Nice to have
- Bring together engineering and manufacturing knowledge and translate it into clear, repeatable processes, standards, and documentation that can be used across facilities.
- Facilitate reviews, workshops, and collaborative discussions to gather feedback and align teams on process improvements.
- Assist with implementation of new standards and procedures, including training, communication, and adoption activities.
- Monitor process effectiveness and recommend improvements that enhance quality, consistency, and operational performance.
- Associate's (A.S.) degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Design Technology, Drafting and Design, Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technician studies, or a related technical field
- bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience using AutoCAD or similar 2D CAD software and an ability to interpret technical drawings and assemblies.
- Experience creating or modifying 3D models and drawings is preferred.
