Responsibilities

  • Work with ICIC and 10KSB team to develop, implement and execute an outreach and marketing plan to attract a pipeline of interested and eligible businesses to the program.
  • Provide general program support and assistance to ensure successful face-to-face session delivery, including attending the pre-brief, debrief and walkthrough meetings for each class session in multiple states.
  • Work collaboratively with 10KSB alumni managers at other sites and contribute positively to develop, execute and implement the national alumni program for local graduates of 10KSB.
  • Proactively reach out to alumni to learn about their businesses and any updates and document those updates in the program CRM.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven ability to work in a diverse team environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
  • A demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity to cultural differences across a wide range of stakeholders and successful experience communicating and collaborating in a diverse setting is required.
  • Significant experience with and strong comfortability with technology including proficient computer skills and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom is essential.
  • Experience with and/or a willingness to learn Google Drive, LivePlan, Canvas and Salesforce is also necessary.
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships is essential in this role.
