About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead daily physical activities that encourage movement, teamwork, and participation
- Implement healthy lifestyle programming throughout the school year
- Recruit and coordinate volunteers, coaches, and parent support for league activities
- Build positive relationships with youth, families, staff, and community partners
- Support transportation coordination and supervision for games and activities
- Maintain organized inventories of sports equipment and uniforms
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Nice to have
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with youth preferred
- Knowledge of sports programming, recreation, or youth athletics preferred
- Valid Hawai'i driver's license preferred
